Billing and Payment Assistance Available to Entergy Texas Customers Impacted by Hurricane Harvey:

In an effort to help customers recover from Hurricane Harvey, Entergy Texas has implemented the following payment policy changes for its Texas customers through September 29, 2017:

  • Disconnections for non-payment will be suspended through September 29 for all residential customers including apartment houses and mobile home parks.
  • Fees for move-ins, reconnection of service, disconnection of service (where repairs or damage assessment are required) and late payments will be waived through September 29.
  • Deferred payment arrangements for up to 3 months are available to customers needing help with unpaid balances.
  • Payment Extensions are available to customers needing short term assistance with unpaid balances.
  • Help is also available with deposits for current Entergy Texas customers rebuilding or relocating in Entergy Texas' service area.
